Rev. Nigel conducted a moving funeral service in the chapel on November 13th for Mary Davey who was a Life-long Deacon at the chapel. The rules for numbers attending inside the building had to be followed, but many people lined the streets as the hearse went by and people also stood outside the chapel. The hymns which were played were "The Lord's my shepherd" and "Amazing Grace". Other music included "The Prayer" (Andre Bocelli and Celine Dion) and "Blue Moon" (Frank Sinatra). Rev. Nigel preached, said the prayers and read from the Bible (Philippians 4 verses 4-9). Please find Rev. Nigel's address below:
